Gestión del recurso hídrico - Fundación Smurfit Kappa Colombia

Water resource management

With this program we contribute to the strengthening of grassroots organizations that run and manage water resources in rural areas, seeking compliance with the regulatory standards established by the State for access to potable water, basic and environmental sanitation, ensuring sustainability, quality and continuity of the service that is directly linked to the health conditions of the users.

Our work focuses on administrative advice and the preparation of Cost Studies, with the objective of contributing to economic sustainability and generating greater awareness among users about the need for reasonable payments, which ensure the permanence of the service and the swater sources that supply them.
